MTB (110 km)
Ledeč nad Sázavou – TA A (Sunny Bay, race headquarters)

- Bols cross: run, swimming, high-diving, rope climbing
Stage 3
Inline/Trek (75 km)

Stage 4

Climbing, bicros

Competitors will go on bikes to the climbing section and then to the bicross course. On these two spots they will complete two special tasks:
- climbing (8 routes top rope)
- bicross 4 x 500 m relay + penalty circuits
